Parmesan Chicken(Serves 12) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh bread crumbs (about 6 slices)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. each: salt, black pepper and paprika
3 broiler/fryer chickens, each cut into 8 pieces
3/4 c. unsalted butter or margarine, melted (1 1/2 sticks)
Preparation

In a 1-gallon food storage bag, combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and paprika.
Dip chicken in butter. Shake 2 pieces at a time in the bag to coat with crumb mixture. Arrange in 2 (15 1/2 x 10 x 1-inch) baking pans lined with aluminum foil; sprinkle any remaining coating mixture over the chicken.
(At this point the chicken can be covered tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerated up to 6 hours.)
