Herb Cheese Spread For Raw Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (1%) fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. thin sliced scallions
1 Tbsp. skim milk
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1/4 tsp. each: dried thyme and chervil
1/8 tsp. pepper
snipped chives
Preparation

Put all ingredients, except chives, in blender or food processor and until smooth.
Cover and chill to blend flavors. Sprinkle with chives. Makes 1 cup.
