Poule Anglais - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (4) skinless chicken breasts
    1 can Healthy Request Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can skimmed milk
    1/4 chopped leek
    parsley
    sage
    1/5 c. half and half cream (optional)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 sandwich sized (big) English muffins
    1/4 c. raw mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt (nice option: Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Salt)
Preparation
    Saute or bake the chicken.
    (If sauteed, use 1 cup white wine, I use 1 cup water to saute.)
    Cook completely.
