Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 c. tomatoes (canned)
    1 c. powdered milk
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix together meats, seasonings and eggs.
    Add tomatoes and bread crumbs.
    Mix well.
    Bake in a 2-quart loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This serves 8 to 10.
