Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 1/2 qt. boiling water
    4 oz. spaghetti, broken
    1/3 c. butter
    2/3 c. chopped onions
    1 c. green pepper strips
    3 zucchini, sliced
    4 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut in pieces
    1/2 c. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Add onion soup mix to boiling water, then add spaghetti.
    Cook until tender; drain well. Cook onion and green pepper in butter until wilted, 5 minutes or so. Add zucchini and cover; cook until tender. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Cook 3 minutes, then turn contents into 2-quart casserole. Add spaghetti and mix well. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
