Cocktail Sauce(No. P-17) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 1) can tomato sauce or chili sauce
    1/2 pt. vinegar
    1/4 lb. (8 Tbsp.) granulated sugar
    salt to taste
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    6 oz. horseradish
    2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
    1 oz. (4 Tbsp.) red pepper
Preparation
    Thin tomato catsup or chili sauce with vinegar.
    Add a little sugar to cut vinegar edges.
    Use about 2 parts catsup to 1/2 part vinegar.
    Season with salt, crushed garlic, red pepper, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish.
    Serve with seafood.
    Yields 100 servings.
