Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pan cooked cornbread
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 small jar pimientos, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
mayonnaise
Preparation

Crumble cornbread and add bell pepper, onion and pimientos. Add mayonnaise to suit taste.
Stir in bacon.
Can be refrigerated for 3 days.
