Julia'S Quick Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 potatoes
    1 small jar pimentos
    4 boiled eggs
    1/2 c. cubed sweet relish
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes, cook until done and cool.
    Drain relish and pimentos.
    Then mix all ingredients well.
    Yields 5 servings.
    Can be adjusted for a crowd.
