Squash Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. yellow squash
    2 c. sliced onions
    2 c. white vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    6 bell or banana peppers
Preparation
    Mix squash and onions with salt and leave in refrigerator for 1 hour. Mix and bring to a boil vinegar, sugar, celery seeds and bell peppers. Add squash mixture and put into pint jars and seal.
