Pork Chops With Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
pepper
4 pork chops
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation

Arrange potatoes and onion in layers in a greased 3-quart baking dish, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
Trim fat from pork chops and save it for later.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Coat with flour.
Brown chops on both sides.
When brown set aside for a minute.
Mix the remaining flour with the drippings in the pan.
Add milk and blend lightly until smooth. Cook to the consistency of a thin white sauce.
Pour sauce over potatoes and chops in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
