Chicken Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 large baking potatoes
3/4 stick oleo
Preparation

Place all the dry ingredients in a plastic or paper bag and mix well.
Add potatoes that have been peeled and quartered.
Melt oleo in large pan.
Add potatoes to melted oleo.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
When they have baked for 25 minutes, turn potatoes over in the pan so they will brown evenly.
