Chip Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    1 (3 oz.) can Old El Paso green chilies, chopped
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar hot relish (Old El Paso jalapeno)
    touch of garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a double boiler, stirring until melted.
