Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 large onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
3 green peppers, chopped
2 c. creamed corn
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles (cooked per pkg. directions)
1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook ground beef in oil until meat turns white.
Add onions and green peppers.
Cook until slightly browned.
Add tomatoes, corn, salt and chili powder.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Cook noodles and drain.
Combine with meat mixture.
Stir in grated cheese.
Bake in 2 two-quart baking dishes, covered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 9.
