Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1 c. heavy cream
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. mace
    9-inch uncooked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Finish
    baking
    at 350\u00b0.\tWhen a silver knife stuck in within an inch of center comes out clean, it is done. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
