Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 yeast cake mixed with 1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, milk and yeast.
    Knead, roll out and cut like biscuits.
    Let rise 5 minutes.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 (watch for your own choice of brownish coloring) about 12 to 15 minutes.
    Dough can be refrigerated and pinched off at each meal.
    Let stand (rise) 5 or 10 minutes.
