Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 to 4 lb. country-style pork ribs
1 c. packed brown sugar
2/3 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. spicy brown mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

In small bowl, combine sugar, pepper, paprika, curry powder and salt. Rub ribs, coating well.
Place ribs in shallow pan. Cover and chill 2 to 6 hours. In a covered grill on low, place ribs, fat side up. Grill about 1 1/4 hours or until tender, turning once in awhile.
