Strawberry Glaze Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
    1 1/2 qt. strawberries
    2/3 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Crush enough strawberries for 1 cup.
    Combine crushed berries, honey, cornstarch and water in saucepan.
    Stir to boil and cook 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in butter and let mixture cool. Place remaining whole berries in pie shell, reserving a few for garnish.
    Pour cooked mixture over berries; chill 2 hours.
    Serves 8.
