Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb butter
    3 Tbsp flour
    1/4 c onion chopped
    1/4 c green pepper chopped
    1 hard boiled egg
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper slightly.
    Add butter and flour. Boil giblets and use the broth to
    thicken.
    Chop up giblet and add cut up boiled egg.
