Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French-style green beans
1 small can English peas
1 onion, cut in rings
1 green bell pepper, sliced in strips
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. water
1 1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 c. white sugar
3 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Drain vegetables and put in a bowl.
Mix dressing (other ingredients) and pour over vegetables.
Marinate overnight.
