Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    3 mashed ripe bananas
Preparation
    Grease bottom of two 8-inch loaf pans.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs and mix thoroughly.
    Add milk.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to first mixture. Add bananas.
    Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
    Test with toothpick.
