Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion
    18 corn tortillas (frozen)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Add rest of liquids to make sauce.
    Put meat mix in bottom of casserole dish.
    Use tortilla shells for next layer.
    Alternate to the top of the dish with meat and tortillas.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Put in 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
