Roasted Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    2 red onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. garlic olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Make cauliflower into 1-1/2 inch florets.
    Cut red onions into 8 wedges.
    Heat oven to 475\u00b0.
    In non-stick roasting pan, mix cauliflower, onions, oil, salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
    Roast 15 minutes. Toss and roast 5 to 10 minutes until lightly charcoal and tender. Transfer to platter, top with 1/4 tsp. pepper, parsley and cheese.
