Cherry Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. cherries
Preparation
    Mix together, adding cherries last.
    Put pieces of margarine on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Double this recipe for a 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.
