Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (regular or hot)
    8 oz. egg noodles
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 large can tomatoes (16 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook noodles per package directions and drain.
    Brown sausage, pepper, and onions in a Dutch oven or large saucepan, drain off grease.
    Mix in all other ingredients and noodles.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes until heated through.
