Zucchini-Cheese Appetizer Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. salad oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 1/2 c. zucchini, shredded
6 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. each: salt, dry basil and oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
Preparation

Combine oil, onion and garlic; cook, stirring until almost limp, about 4 minutes.
Add zucchini and cook until tender-crisp. Mix eggs with bread crumbs, salt, basil, oregano, pepper, Cheddar cheese and zucchini mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and sesame seed.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for approximately 30 minutes or until set when lightly touched in center.
Cut in 1-inch squares. Serve warm, room temperature or cold.
