Gerry'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    butter and paprika
Preparation
    Boil and drain potatoes; add cheese and sour cream which are at room temperature; beat into potatoes while hot until fluffy.
    Add salts and put in a 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle paprika over.
    Refrigerate overnight before baking.
    Can be frozen for later use.
    Bake for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    (If frozen, bake 1 1/2 hours.)
