Blueberry Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, do not thaw
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
In medium bowl, stir flour, 1/2 cup sugar and the baking powder and salt.
Add blueberries and toss to coat.
In medium bowl, whisk milk, butter, egg and lemon peel.
Stir into dry ingredients until just combined.
Spread in prepared pan.
Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon sugar.
Bake 20 minutes.
Cut into squares.

20 minutes.
