Black-Eyed Pea Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz.) can white hominy, rinsed and drained
2 tomatoes, chopped and drained
1 green or red bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. Italian dressing
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips.
This dip looks very good as it is so colorful.
