Stewed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 large chicken breasts
    1 sprig parsley
    1 stalk chopped celery
    1 peeled and sliced carrot
    2 tsp. salt
    4 whole peppercorns
    2 whole cloves
    2 whole allspice
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Cut off all excess fat and rinse chicken pieces under cold running water.
    Place in large pot and cover with cold water.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
    Drain.
    Save broth for soup or other chicken dishes.
    Freeze remaining chicken pieces as desired.
