Potato-Onion Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes
3 to 4 onions
2 to 3 sticks oleo

Preparation

Slice potatoes and onions.
In greased casserole dish layer potatoes, onions and oleo.
Repeat until dish is full, ending with oleo on top.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until potatoes are done. You may have to add more oleo during baking.
