Quick Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 to 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1 (16 oz.) can Mexican-style chili beans
    1 (16 oz.) can chili-style tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder or more
    cheese, grated
    crackers or corn chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add onion as meat browns.
    Drain fat and return beef-onion mixture to pan.
    Add chili beans, tomatoes and chili powder.
    Heat through and serve with grated cheese and crackers or corn chips.
    Makes 4 servings.
