Vermicelli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bunch green onions, sliced
    1/2 small (1 lb.) pkg. vermicelli noodles
    2 lb. shrimp, rinsed and drained
    3 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    red wine vinegar to taste (about 1 Tbsp.)
    2 dashes seasoned pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions and drain in cool water.
    Add enough vinegar to mayonnaise to make it a salad dressing consistency.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Chill.
    Prepare a day ahead and add more mayonnaise, if needed, before serving.
