Apple, Pineapple, Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    4 to 5 small apples, diced
    Longhorn cheese, cut in small pieces
    pecan pieces (enough to please)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Drain juice from pineapple into a saucepan and add sugar, egg and flour.
    Mix with beater.
    Cook over medium heat until thick. Cool and pour over pineapple, apples, cheese and pecans.
