Ingredients

1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
1 1/2 gal. Blue Bell peppermint ice cream
1 stick butter
Preparation

Melt butter in pan.
Crush Oreos and add to melted butter. Mix until frosting on cookies melt in with the butter.
Spread 1/2 cookie mix on bottom of cake pan and top with softened ice cream. Spread remaining cookie mixture on top of ice cream.
Freeze for 1 hour and serve in cut squares.
