Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced yellow squash
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Steam the squash and onion together for 5 minutes; drain off excess liquid.
    Mix the soup, sour cream and carrots together. Fold in the drained squash and onions.
    Combine stuffing mix and butter; spread 1/2 of the stuffing mixture into the bottom of a 12 x 7 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
    Spoon in the squash mixture; top with the remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
