Cinnamon Swirl Bread - cooking recipe

8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. cold water
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. hot roll mix
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
yeast packet
Preparation

Place cream cheese and water in small saucepan and cook on low heat until 115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat.
Stir in egg and vanilla.
Stir together roll mix, yeast packet and 1/3 cup sugar.
Add cream cheese mixture, mixing until dough pulls away from sides.
On floured surface, knead dough 5 minutes or until smooth.
Cover and let rest in warm place 30 minutes.
