Pancake Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation
    Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until sugars are dissolved.
    Add vanilla and maple flavorings. Can be stored in cabinet or refrigerator.
    Best when served warm.
