Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/3 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. butter
    3 1/3 c. sugar
    8 eggs
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Measure butter and soda; mix.
    Add vanilla, then the sugar, gradually creaming thoroughly.
    Add eggs, one at a time, until mixed.
    Add flour and milk alternately.
    Add pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about one hour.
