Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. spareribs
    2 c. catsup
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Mix catsup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic powder and onion powder.
    Cut ribs into single pieces.
    Broil each side 15 minutes. Place in crock-pot.
    Cover with sauce.
    Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
    (High temperature is too hot.
    It burns the sauce and ribs.)
