Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium red potatoes
    4 oz. shredded cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender, cool slightly, peel and dice. Saute onions in margarine.
    Add onion mixture to potatoes along with the rest of ingredients.
    Pour mixture into 12 x 8-inch casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
