Chicken Creole Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (No. 10) can chili sauce
1 (No. 10) can tomato sauce
1 (No. 10) can tomato juice
2 gal. water
5 tomatoes, diced
6 red peppers, diced
3 red onions, julienned
1 1/2 c. cumin
1/2 c. thyme
1/2 c. oregano
1/2 c. crushed chilies
7 c. pepperoni, julienned
3 lb. cooked chicken, julienned or shredded
1 c. fresh garlic

Preparation

This is a big commercial recipe that makes a lot.
Mix all ingredients; simmer and serve.
