Creamed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium size potatoes
    1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 sticks margarine
    1 to 2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. salt
    large marshmallows
Preparation
    Mash potatoes; add margarine, sugar, vanilla and salt.
    Add raisins.
    Beat with mixer to mix well; add 1 small can of milk. Pour in a well-greased Corning Ware dish.
    Bake about 45 minutes at 450\u00b0. when done, cover potatoes with large marshmallows and return to stove and brown.
