Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 can evaporated milk plus 1/2 can water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Melt 2 tablespoons bacon grease in 8 x 8-inch pan.
After mixing all ingredients, add touch of the melted bacon grease.
Mix thoroughly and pour into 8 x 8-inch preheated pan and bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
