Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Add eggs and oil, stirring until moistened.
Do not heat.
Stir in pineapple, pecans and bananas.
Spoon batter in 3 greased and floured pans or 1 (13 x 9-inch) pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool completely.
