No-Cook Irish Potato Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. mashed potatoes
1 box confectioners sugar
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate or 1/2 c. coconut or 1/2 c. peanut butter (your choice)
Preparation

Melt butter and mix with potatoes and confectioners sugar. Knead until smooth.
Roll flat; spread your choice on top.
Roll up into a log.
Chill in refrigerator.
Slice thin and serve.
