Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped vegetables (any combination of mushrooms, onions, green peppers, zucchini, tomatoes; anything you like)
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
    8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Saute vegetables.
    Saute ground beef. Mix together vegetables, beef and tomato paste.
    Spread mixture in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of beef mixture.
    Unroll package of crescent rolls and place on top of cheese to cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes, until pastry is golden brown.
    Serves 6 or 8.
