Sausage Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. roll sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    8 sandwich buns, split and toasted
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into medium skillet.
    Add onion and pepper. Cook over medium heat until sausage is browned.
    Drain off any drippings.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients, except buns.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve hot on toasted buns.
