Bleu Cheese Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. flank steak
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. crumbled Bleu cheese
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Have butcher cut a pocket in steak.
    Saute mushrooms in one tablespoon\tbutter.
    Add remaining butter, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper;
    cool.\tStuff
    into
    pocket
    and
    close
    with skewers. Broil 3 inches from flame to desired doneness.
