Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash (fresh or frozen)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 or 3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs (flavor desired)
    1 lb. pork sausage (mild roll; Bryan is best)
    1 lb. pork sausage (hot roll; Bryan is best)
    1 c. cheese (Velveeta is best but use any kind or brand you like)
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Mix eggs and milk.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put some cheese and bread crumbs on top. Bake until done.
