Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh rhubarb pieces
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb into 1/2-inch lengths.
    Mix 2 tablespoons with 1 cup of sugar and mix with rhubarb.
    Combine 1 cup of flour, salt and baking powder.
    Stir in egg.
    Sprinkle over rhubarb.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown.
    Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
